SOMEWHERE IN THE 80'S by Roni J. A book about a weight lifter who parties in college gets kicked out and then has to move back home and find a job. He gets offered work at his gym, and the fun begins. His gym is not a normal place of business, as he gets an up-close view and an intimate profile of some of the members and his bosses. He begins to fall for one boss, Carol, who looks like Jaclyn Smith from the seventies, and he befriends the other boss, Seth, who is constantly cheating on his wife behind her back. I loved writing this book because it's a COMEDY and has some seriously funny parts in it. Go to Amazon and pull up SOMEWHERE IN THE 80'S, and you will have a few lol moments. My husband worked at a health club job back in the eighties, as he was a serious weight lifter, so when I wrote the main character "Laden" I had him in mind.
